This beautiful grey husky found his way to our home 4 days ago, we were frantic trying to find his humanoids, however, somethings seem to happen for a reason. These two found each other.

Doggie Friends
Alicia and Lance brought their little Pug/Dauschhund mix to come play underwater with us today. Lilly, the pup, was such a good sport, she was so cute underwater and was a great swimmer! Lilly is full of energy and loves her wonderful owners who are getting married here in OBX in just 2 weeks–can’t wait for the wedding!

It was soooo fun to meet all of the family this year, last year, the dog friends were models and this year I got kiddos, grown ups and dog friends… on the beach and underwater…I’m one lucky gal! These labs are the most well behaved doggies I’ve ever been around, they can be off leash and the mom calls them and they come running back, even though there are birds, people, waves and everything else distracting in the world! And the kiddos were rockstars underwater- Check out the flips!!!!! Thanks for having me over to play with yall.

As much as we miss Biskers something good seems to always come out of something bad. We were looking for a dog friend at the Currituck Animal Lovers Assistance League and found a puppy who was soooo sweet, we fostered her and named her Franky. She ended up being really sick so we couldn’t keep her and we also couldn’t bring all these beautiful babies home with us. We want to help them find homes and am hoping that having toot photos of them will help. We will be photographing all the doggies at the shelter every 3 weeks. The images will be on Petfinder and their website. If you’re looking for a new best pal, keep checking in!

This sweet St. Bernard/Lab mix needs a home! We lost our Biskers on Monday and are fostering this little girl. She needs some additional tests on her tummy to see what’s wrong. If interested please email me, brooke@brookemayo.com or leave a message on FB. As you can see, she is soooo good with kiddos! She follows Poppy around, hasn’t had an accident in the house and sleeps in the bed between us. She’s laid back and super gentle. She is sitting in my lap as I type, a huge snuggler!

Here are just a few of the images from the amazingly fun and entertaining Splash Party at The Wagsworth Manor in Malvern, PA! There was an agility course set up that was incredible, Brandy would jump through the tire, leap over 18 inch jumps, run through tubes, balance on seesaws…
Jessie and Brulee would jump in the pool like it was nobody’s business, fetching toys from the bottom and having the times of their lives!
Other doggies would catch multiple balls in their mouths at once, families came from Delaware, it was a blast! I got to see the Levine family who I usually get to see here in the Outer Banks but they came to frolick with me up north! THANK YOU ALL for such a wonderful weekend!

Until I was a doggie mama, I could have never imagined having an animal on my kitchen table! Now, I think it’s the cutest thing ever to come home for Biskers sitting up here…. Yes, I’m a bad Mama!!!
